چکیده
Abstract Non-destructive testing and complex systems integration are commonly used in transportation, aircraft, automotive, manufacturing, petrochemical, defence. Eddy current (ECT) is a common non-destructive evaluation technique, especially the coating, nuclear, oil gas industries. However, eddy method must continue to focus on probe’s construction application. It ascribed noisy data inadequate detection severe false alarm problem. Nonetheless, only few academics have elaborated intelligent ECT crack method. This study provides an overview of technique probe structure design elements that influence fracture accuracy. متن کاملDesign of Nondestructive System for Hardness of Carbonitrided Steel Parts Using Eddy Current Testing Method: Case study on the Tappet Parts
In this paper, a non-destructive eddy current test system was designed to evaluate the surface hardness of the carbonitrided steel parts. For this purpose, various samples of the tappet were used after the surface hardening and grinding operations as control samples and, if necessary, were subjected to destructive and non-destructive tests. Microstructural studies were performed with a microsco...
